 We offer a 14 day exchange or refund for any manufactural fault that may occur within this period. After that we will always still try to work with you to resolve any issues as best we can.

Return and Refund policy: 

  • returns are accepted within 3 days of you receiving the item
  • item must be in exact condition as received
  • returned items will be inspected and if satisfied refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item back
  • please note postage is non Refundable unless faulty
